Is it possible to fell woody plants which are a part of a significant landscape element?

Woody plants can be part of a significant landscape element, either according to the Act (§ 3, paragraph 1), or they can be registered by a nature protection body. For interventions which affect a significant landscape element and could damage, destroy, endanger or weaken its ecological – stabilising function (felling), applicants to fell woody plants must obtain a binding opinion from the nature protection body (Podyjí NP Administration).
