Who can submit an application for permission to fell and/or a notification of felling of woody plants?
An application for permission to fell woody plants growing outside of the forest may be submitted by the owner of the land, the tenant or leaseholder, or other authorised land users with the permission of the landowner on which the trees and/or bushes grow. This is the same in the case of a notification of felling woody plants.
